The blood transfusion was successful, while she did have some minor reactions, the wonderful nurses were right there watching her very closely and were able to keep the reaction under control. I was hoping yesterday (Friday) she would have had more energy and her breathing would be better, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Went to the doctors, and basically, its going to take her body and system to strengthen back up. Now its up to Mammie. She has to push herself a little everyday to help build up her strength. Another good note, they were able to start her chemotherapy yesterday as her blood counts rebounded wonderfully!! Thank you again for all your prayers. Keep them coming. Love to you all.
