The body building industry like many others can and is on occasion all consuming. Many of us including myself lose sight of what is truly important in life, family health and happiness. To me body building represents strength in mind and body. Well today I received a call from Darran Winfield-stanesby who despite being very ill in hospital has taken the time to call and wish me a happy birthday, struggling to speak through the pain he wished me in a very weakened state ,a happy birthday and thanked me for the support I gave him when he first came onto the bodybuilding scene. This my friends is what true strength is, Darran my friend i raise a glass in your honour...
