The cast from Happy Days came from The Mike Douglas Show one night. Ron Howards friend was opening for the Commander. I sat and talked with Henry Winkler between shows. No idea who he was as I hadnt seen Happy Days except for the first show. No Fonzie in it. Kids kept yelling they wanted to talk to Fonzie. I was clueless. Im sure Mr. Winkler was amused. I asked Kathy and Debbie if Fonzie was around. Seems a local kid had that nickname as well. Ron was embarrassed by lyrics so they left after the opening act. The next night my ex sat downstairs and was talking to another woman. She had the hots for George Fayne. So my ex told her to go for it. She did and they are still together today. Talking with George a few years ago at Knuckleheads Saloon and he was amazed. Said he was going home and telling the wife.
