The celebrations for all the Vigneroles started at 6 .30 last plenty of choralists speeches and dancing to an orchestra for hundreds of locals and their families with food and wine etc etc, `til 10 30 in the evening when the wind blew up, a huge dramatic electric storm illuminated the skies and thunder drowned out the music then the heavens opened drowning the whole lot, stairods even for over an hour .People were dashing to their cars and stripping off sodden clothes before getting in.many couldn`t drive away from the open field extra parking -the tractore were busy then and this morning, the whole town looked like a bomb had hit with rubbish and furniture and artifacts blown.washed everywhere-Glad we didn`t go now !!!
