The center of the upper disturbance is over LA, but will continue moving toward the east as a ridge of high pressure builds in from the west. This will lead to a warmer and dry Easter weekend! We started the morning with cloudy skies and a few light showers, but those quickly pushed east as the surface low approached FL. That disturbance will continue moving eastward and eventually move into the Atlantic. Our weather for the next several days...beyond the weekend...looks rather quiet. A weak upper trough may push a weak cold front into the region by Tuesday, triggering a slight chance for some passing showers, but another upper ridge builds in by Wednesday of next week.
