The charter school let out EARLY without informing parents. Im pissed. My mother in law is where the bus drops off my 5 yo. No one is home bc they had an appointment while hes in school. The bus left before he was inside. He was left crying and screaming at the door for someone to let him in. In weather bad enough (24 degrees and snowing) to cancel school part way through the day, I might add. Luckily one if her neighbours was outside splitting wood and heard him. He brought him up to my house bc i had no idea. I called and let the school know this was not ok and I felt like they didnt care. Told me I should have been watching channel 16 news. Its a fluke Im home today! I work most days. I feel I should have been called. If that neighbour hadnt heard him, AJ, my 5 year old, would have been left outside for 3 hours before I got there to grab him from the bus. This momma is ready to make heads roll! I will be there bright and EARLY tomorrow to discuss this with them again and make certain this does not repeat itself!
