The city centre Conservation Areas at Hill Top and Lady - TopicsExpress

The city centre Conservation Areas at Hill Top and Lady Herbert’s Garden were designated by the Council in 1969 and contain many of Coventry’s most important historic buildings, streets and spaces. Were required to periodically carry out assessments of the current state of the City’s Conservation Areas and have produced draft Appraisals and Management Plan documents for both areas. The documents aim to define and record the special architectural and historical interest of the areas and present proposals and actions that will guide and manage future change, enhancement and preservation of the Conservation Areas, including changes to their boundaries. We would like to hear your views about the Appraisal and Management Plan documents. We would like to know whether you agree with the inclusion of the buildings and features that have been identified as being of special architectural and historical interest, and if you have any suggestions for actions that will help us manage, enhance and preserve the Conservation Areas. To tell us what you think about these, please fill in the online surveys: socsi.in/WzU9B The survey will close on Friday 10 October and the results will be used to inform any changes to the Appraisal and Management Plan documents.
