The clock has been ticking and the grave openly awaits. Every step you take brings you closer to your destination, where your grave is your first stop. Yes, soon the time will arrive that you will hear the footsteps of your family, not because they are visiting you, but because they are placing you inside your grave and leave you there, all alone, just you, just you and your deeds. How can a man live in such a cruel world that doesn’t think that everything will end? How many people shall we see pass away infront of our very eyes to be able to comprehend that everyone leaves and dies? Do we not learn from them? Do we not reflect from their deeds, their characters? Do we not fear a bad end? Do we aim for a blissful end? What comes to your mind when you hear the word death? Does it make you tremble in fear, or you just hear it as if it’s just a common word from the english dictionary? By Allaah Azza Wa Jall, TAKE HEED PEOPLE! You are going to die. Maybe today, tomorrow, after you read this, no one knows only Allaah Azza Wa Jall, so does this make you feel complacent? Does it make you feel assured of Jannah, thinking that you’ve been doing this and that and yet you have no time to answer the call of prayer and stand up and pray to Him and raise your hands and make du’a that He forgives you? Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. To Him we belong and to Him shall we return. We will return to him, eventually, soon, in time. Everyday of your life is a Mercy from Him, every beat of your heart is a reminder for you to recognize and understand that you are from Him and He created you and soon you shall return to Him. _____ Forgive me Ya Allaah. Forgive me Ya Allaah. Forgive me Ya Allaah. For every moment the athan called me, I went away, for every moment that my parents told me Habibti, Habibi, salaah, and I neglected and said I am busy or I am sleepy. O Allaah forgive me for all the times that you were not mentioned by my heart and my mind, rather I’ve mentioned the latest updates on my celebrity crushes. O Allaah forgive me for I know I’ve been spending so much in my greed rather than helping my brothers and sisters in need, Forgive me for I rather look, buy and read the latest books on the market rather than spending time with opening a book that is on my shelf since I was born, the Qur’aan. Ya Allaah, you are the Most Forgiving, so please forgive me. I come to you with repentant heart hoping that your Mercy will blanket my sins and that you will pardon me. Subhan’Allaah, as I wrote those words, tears kept falling from my eyes. Have the effort to come to Allaah Azza Wa Jall to repent, to ask for His Forgiveness, He described himself in the Qur’aan so many times as a Forgiving Lord, so what stops you? Know that your soul is from Him. Recheck, re-evaluate and review your deeds and actions, you know where to start, better yourself, start from your heart, know your Creator, know the blessing He gave you, learn about Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi wassalaam, learn about Islaam. So let me remind you that you should not just say you’re Muslim, you have to be a Muslim. _____ And we pray that Allaah Azza Wa Jall enlightens our hearts and gives us the will to go and learn about Islaam and place it in our heart, mind and soul. May He take us back to Him at the time that He is most pleased with us. Amin Zohayma You have to reblog this :’(
