The cold front us moving through northwestern IL at this time. The front will continue to push south and east. It looks like the best bet for strong storms will be south of I-70 and east of I-57. The question us if there will be enough unstable air to pop the storms up. As most of the state hadnt seen much sunshine. This will hold down on the unstable air to fire off storms. Northern And central parts of the state looks like will be mainly dry. There could be a few storms around. Eastern and southern IL has a better chance of storms. B, with the earlier rains from this morning has tooken alit of the moisture out of the atmosphere. Other wise expect a partly to mostly cloudy sky. The clearest part of the state will be in western and northwestern IL with that clearing moving southeast as thr day goes on. Also expect a miderate wind with lower humidity levels and pleasent temps. Especially in northern IL.
