The collaboration between talented Cebuana designer Mia Arcenas and beautiful sisters Stephanie Gonzalez and Jessica Kienle of the renowned furniture manufacturer Philux was born out of the desire to give back and help perpetuate the mission of MovEd, a non-profit organization that brings quality holistic early childhood care and development programs to underserved communities. The weekend trunk show at the Power Plant Mall featured Mia Arcenas’ one-of-a-kind vibrant colored kaftans, elegant resort wear and studded accessories alongside the latest “California 2014” collection of Philux, a company best known for its hardwood furniture that will last for generations. This successful alliance of three lovely women raised more than the targeted goal that will redound to Rep. Leni Robredo’s Camarines Sur district as the chosen beneficiary.
