The company is looking for a Contracts Manager to prepare tenders for the insulation industry. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the mechanical construction industry and its commercial requirements. CM Duties will include:- Running sites day to day i.e purchasing materials, Resourcing of labour, attending site meetings and measuring up jobs for quotes Estimating - taking off jobs from drawing and pricing up using estimating software and also manual method for more intricate items such as tanks. Read and understand drawings of a technical nature i.e HVAC systems monthly invoicing both purchase and sales. Business development - contacting new customers for work etc. Salary by negotiation.
