The concept of the non-aggression principle is the dumbest of all the anarcho-capitalist ideas as it makes any form of aggression not allowable except in response to aggression. Very human existence requires aggression of some sort due to the simply needing to survive. Eating food requires consuming some sort of living organism be it a bacteria, plant or animal. Consuming a living thing such as a plant, bacteria, or animal requires initiating force against it and using aggression because plants, bacteria, and animals are living things just as humans are. Humans or any other living thing for that matter cant live on raw non organic material. Creating human settlement requires killing animals or plants in part of there cycles and therefore involves aggression. Those property rights that anarcho-capitalists support require aggression as land and natural resources have no original or empirical owners and ownership therefore ownership of land or natural resources represents using violence to exclude people from something that originally belonged to no one. In short the very non-aggression principle they advocate contradicts their very own ideas and renders much of human existence impossible.
