The consultant who wrote DPP manifesto is a genii,he understands Malawis problems very well and his proposed solutions are spot on. unfortunately the people who are supposed to implement it (APM and his team) dont seem to understand it the way he does because if they did,the following would not have been allowed to happen. 1,NAC funding a tribal grouping whose patron is the state president. 2,First ladys initiative whose responsibilities have nothing to do with Aids geting funding from NAC. 3,NIB director Bwana Dausi having the courage to write a proposal to NAC seeking finance assistance when gvt has an allocation for the bureu in its budget. 4,state house dishing out handouts to journalists when the blue print is preaching about self reliance be it at household or national level. 5,MBC yet to be freed from political manipulation. 6,senior public officers still being appointed by the president instead of a special commitee with PAC as a rubber stamping body. 7,gvt officials blaming donor aid freezing on the economic challenges and yet the blue print is talking about zero deficit budget. 8,gvt still mum on its economic recovery plan and its time frame. 9,using propaganda on JB to divert peoples attention on petinent issues. 10,using the media to demonize striking judiciary staff instead of using duologue to solve it.
