The conversation about me coming back to work, because your mad the way I came at you should of happen a month ago, but because you felt a type of way you held me from work for a month with no income, luckily i never quit my other job. But now that my boss is tired of working 7 days a week, and a few calls higher up were made now you want to have this convo. Everything you just talked about i know about, a little recognition for the guy who bust his ass work in two departments when you told me I was only maintenance but I ended up doing housekeeping and maintenance. Now you want to bring me back on after a month. Your logic of seeing me drag ass because my other job is not an excuse. The fact that I still came in did my job with no problem along with helping our guest and no complaints should be more than enough for you to see. If everyone else sees it but you whats that tell me. But Im not allowed to be frustrated at all. But now once again you need me because your boss is all over you because the engineer is all over him about working with no help man FOH with that. Relocation is in full effect. Sorry for the rant, I just work way to hard especially since both jobs are manual labor for someone who doesnt even leave their chair in the office to tell me i wasnt doing enough and i was out of line in expressing my frustration.
