The count down to the BIG show has started and while you all are putting the finishing touches on your New Years outfit we are putting the last few touches on dinner tonight. We will be serving dinner until Eleven PM tonight, and yes, still no reservations needed but dont let that deter you tonights menu is more than worth a short wait (if any as generally we are never crazy busy on NYE). ~~~~Tonights Menu~~~~~ Soup: Lobster Bisque with Caviar Crema Baked French Onion Appetizers: Snow Crab Claws and Gourmet Pizza Rolls (A Noble Staff Tradition) Middle of the Road: Cedar Plank Salmon with White Chocolate Mash Pork du Jour: 14 oz Pork Porterhouse with Champagne Citrus Glaze Vegetarian: Exotic Mushroom Cognac Ragout (can be Vegan) Catch: 12oz Lobster Tail Hunters: Prime Rib with Au Jus and Horseradish Creme Beef Wellington- 8oz Filet Mignon with Mushroom Purée and Chèvre Baked in a Flakey Pie Crust
