This man is facing very many criminal charges acquiring funds illegally from very many prominent people in this country. On the 31st April this year on the eve of labour day this same man Babu Owino is said to have conned millions of cash from one COTU boss Francis Atwoli. This man had gone to pretend to be serving the students interests and this money was meant to sponsor a number of students to the united states for an academic tour. Since then Babu owino has been hiding from Atwoli thinking that he might be arrested and charged of impersonation. This is the same man claiming to be so loyal to comrades when he is us squandering the students cash.
