The cutest thing happened this morning at daycare. I have a routine to getting the kids to class every morning. Same thing occurs, walk in, take off jacket (if it applies), kids wash hands, I sign them in, give them a kiss, say a quick prayer (God protect us all, Amen) and as I leave, the kids can wave through the window. I told Jayson to escort (yes, I use that exact word) Jaida to class, now that they are two classes apart. He walks ahead with her. He opens the door for her and holds it for me. As I go to sign her in, Jayson takes off her jacket, puts it on the table and takes Jaida to the sink to wash and dry her hands. My back is turned and all I hear is, Good job Jaida! I look and smile and I watch him. He walks her to the teacher and he holds her shoulder and prays the prayer. He gives her a hug and picks up her jacket to put it in the cubby and says, Have a good day Jaida! It was the most endearing thing. That boy... I tell you. Taking applications now. Jay and I are considering arranged marriage. Inquire within.... LOL.
