The day I, itai Dzamara and Allan Chinowaita Got bashed Allow Kwame Nkruma Avenue made me think of another Zimbabwe , i saw many people , people Who knew Me . I saw Figures of Dead Bodies ,Bodies of people who Died During The Zimbabwean Liberation War. I saw spirits Of young , very Young men who had Joined in to pursue what they strongly Believed In , souls Of innocent Victims of Young Men and Women Cried Imitating the way i Cried After every Kick Or Clap. It was un Controlled and Inhuman. It was unjust and Unconstitutional . It was A Pandemonium bashing By a Human Congress Of living Souls We felt the Pain there of and The Used anything the Got hold Of, I remember Itai Screaming after a nasty Kick at the back. I felt it too in his Loud Cry. I didnt want to interject the bashers. For they Enjoyed It more than we Endured . Manga Muchituka President Kuti chiyi i!?. Hamusati mataura, muchataura Zvakanaka Makavatarira . In my mind i just Said Well Thats The Moment We Have Been Waiting For. It never Rained that day it Poured Blows on Us when we were taken to Zanu Pf Head Quaters . I just Said to Myself On Arrival , Be Prepaired to face anything Now Jerry. At least you are Not Fighting in This struggle in Vain ,For Glory and honour , or for Material Or financial Gain But for the People, A Question Rang to me Instantly. what are you Dying For!?. ..............moments Passed and time flew , As Blows And Kicks Came from all sides I saw a New People and A New Nation . I saw everything Changing And New Things Being Born. I saw New roads and a New Place , I was Alive, Yes , it was just a Kick On the Chest . The Day we got bashed For Demanding A Better Zimbabwe that is Led by its Own Constitution Giving shelter even to pass a bys . And not tonany any Tom Dick ,and Harry Does What they Deem Necessary at any given Moment And time , its A Scandalic Revolution of a Few that grows into Large and huge Numbers , Resilience is Acquired on the way And new Revolutions Are born somewhere Somehow. It happened to me and others and I Know it , .
