The day long workshop on Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and Results Management Systems (RMS) ended successfully at around 5:30 in the afternoon . The participants ( 8 DCs, 8 ADCs, 15 UNOs, 8 DEOs, 15 UEOs, 20 Operators from Rajshahi division) actively engaged themselves and contributed towards the improvement of the two softwares. Quite a good number of findings and recommendations , based on their experience during the last parliamentary and Upazila elections, came up from the participants. Another 6 workshops , in six divisions, will be arranged to obtain feedback on the use of the softwares with a view to improving them further. Honble Chief Election Commissioner Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmad attended the workshop as chief guest. Divisional Commissioner, Rajshahi and senior officers from the ECS also attended. Technical teams from the ICT wing of ECS and SEMB project including international experts facilitated the workshop.
