The days of being spoken to with rudeness are over. I had a go at my son Fin the other day. I told him that just because he had seen so much bad behaviour from his dad that that meant he had to be all the more conscious NOT to become the same. Myself I now have that inbuilt radar, it warns me to stay away, I work with so many men and women who have lost everything due to addiction and disrespect that it gives me a better perspective. I do not and will not tolerate EVER again a man or woman that makes someone feel small from their words. I am teaching the men and women I work with to speak up about their feelings of hurt, loss, abandonment, dissappointment, failure, grief, sadness and on and on in the bottomless pit of felt feelings. I am not ashamed that is what I preach, I am not ashamed to speak my own truth. In my younger years when I got thrown into a world of modelling I was programmed to be a physical display of worth, I forgot about being funny or clever, I got lost. My life has become an evolution, life to me revolves around my feelings, therefore I give people many chances, we need to do that but we can not excuse bad behaviour. I am sensitive to hurt, I just have learned not to use a substance to fill in my gaps of hurt, I feel it and are far more honest about that, this is my belief in healing.....Speak up I can not hear you...
