The deadline for our exhibit, Shapes of Influence is this Saturday, May 10th. I know theres quite a few excellent potters in this group, and I hope many of you will decide to submit your work to this show. The juror is Harris Deller. There are various prizes: Best of Show - $500 & solo show at the SAA in 2015. First place - $300 Second place - $200 The Giffin Student award - A prize of one Giffin Grip The Giffin Best Local Artist award - A prize of one Giffin Grip The Mecca Pottery Tools award (best use of surface textures) - A selection of texturing tools The WiziWig Honorable Mention award - An apron, GlazeCal, and a profile rib.
