The deadline to register for this years workshop is October 1, 2014. All registrations made after September 15, 2014 will incur a $50 late fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 15, 2014. Abstracts For those of you who submitted an abstract for either a paper or poster presentation notifications will begin going out later today. We are pleased to announce that everyone who submitted an abstract has been accommodated. While the deadline has passed, poster abstracts can still be accepted. Hotel Information As always, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as you know you will be attending the workshop. While we have secured a block of discounted rooms for the workshop, we can not secure this pricing once all the rooms within that block have been booked. If you need help finding a roommate please contact Lynn Killam at [email protected]. You can book your hotel by following the link on the workshop website.
