The debt This is mostly directed to my fire family, but, all in all, is direct to everybody. When I was a pup, just coming into this thing we call brotherhood (non fire folks, just keep up, it comes to a point), I cmae to a point where I was pretty much useless.I was a flash of lightning, gun powder touched off. Somebody, and you old boogers know who you are (Bob, Dan, Pat), made an investment in me, taught me, poured hope into me. I grew, I learned. The values you started have taken seed and grown deep roots. Before the FOOLS, we talked of pride, duty and tradition. I wanted then, to make you proud, and I am still doing my best. I am planting seeds of my own now. Always forward, chin up and eyes front. NEVER forget, how you got here, Never forgot who you came up with. John, Corey, Mark, Steve,...Im doing alright, I think I got this. Never mind the naysayers...better to die on your feet with a fight, than die on your ass with a sigh. Everything you do is your tombstone, it is up to you how will be written. So you, if your reading this, stand up, be a rouge, be a badass, get em. Better to be remembered as a formidable foe, than a compliant and tastey sheep. Make waves, push for excellence, less than all you have to offer is less than effective. Pardon my rant...ged up catering to mutts. All or nothing, get in there, get em and get it. Others have made an investment in you...invest in other and pay it forward to make them proud. You are the only thing holding you back.
