The democratic party is led by fascists. I am not using the term fascist as a simple pejorative but a literal truth. This is a fascist policy that Feinstein (a major democratic figure) pushing through. She is seeking to legally co-opt the power of the press into corporate power. That is literally a fascist tactic. And no, stating that the republicans are just as bad if not worse does not in any way diminish this truth. 1st amendment Congress shall make NO law limiting... the freedom of the press... Not some laws, not reasonable laws, not common sense laws, not laws the promote civil order or the smooth functioning of the government, not laws that protect the united states from embarrassment or international scandal, not laws that protect our officials from harassment by crazy people, not laws that protect the confidence in and integrity of our social institutions, congress shall make NO laws.
