The difference between a need and a want Many people today are anxiously looking for the fulfillment of their wants so much that they are busy asking and requesting for their wants not knowing that once they request for their needs, change will drastically come upon their lives. A good question will be; Do you know your need or want? or you confuse the two CASE STUDY Acts 3 vs 1 - 10 The beggar at the beautiful gate was always there seeking for his want to be met (Begging) overlooking that he has a need. People usually try to meet or relieve your wants but on the need they can not satisfy it. Governments are busy alleviating poverty failing to eradicate poverty. Lets say the fact here God is only able to meet all your needs according to His riches in Glory dont be cheated. No one can provide and meet your need unless they are under the influence of the holy spirit. Peter and John being engulfed and wrapped in the glory of God were able to meet the need of the lame man. May you meet God today who will meet you need - Hallelujah Its very surprising to hear Jesus telling his disciples up to now you have not asked anything (John 16 vs 23 - 24) Should we say that the disciples had no need. The answer is they had. All they were looking for were just wants ie. Who is greater amongst us instead of asking for the need that is Is my name written in the book of life. Make sure you ask God for your wants for your life to see great change
