The distribution company for the bananas, is increasingly - TopicsExpress

The distribution company for the bananas, is increasingly reluctant to cover my cleaning costs. They told me to get a quote, so I did. Then they said, well you will have to submit it in the mail, and we need the banana. So I scheduled it to be picked up tomorrow, and now they tell me that it will be weeks before they identify it. So in that amount of time, any eggs that fell out could hatch and the spiders could infest my house. They may not cover my costs, the rep. said it will be 6-8 weeks before they make a decision, EVEN MORE TIME FOR THESE EGGS TO HATCH!!!!!! I dont care if they are deadly or not, I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS, NOR DID I ASK FOR THESE SPIDERS TO BE IN MY HOUSE!!!! Can no one offer me help at all!!!!!?????? I have contacted so many places, and I get the same answer: Wait for one to bite you or one of the kids...... IF the spider is venomous and it bites a kid, they will freaking DIE. Should I wait till someone dies before anything is done!!!!! Is preventing a disaster not a damn priority!!!! Why is this so hard to find help with. FDA says nothing they can do, Health Department says there is nothing they can do, EPA says it is FDAs jurisdiction, Ohio DNR says they dont know what it is, but might not be native. Grocery store says most they will do is offer double my money back!!!!! Distributor says, EH maybe we will, maybe we wont!!!!! WHY DONT THEY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!! Can anyone direct me to someone who can help me litigate this? Or a media source to cover it, My freaking families safety is my #1 concern, and I need this to be taken care of....
