The distribution of Permanent Voters Card (PVC) is facing series of challenges. Many eligible voters hurried very early to the respective polling units and found no INEC staff in many of the locations. A drive across the town shows that some polling units are busy distributing the PVC while in other locations no any INEC staff was at hand to provide useful information to the Nigerian people. The State Government declared today a work free day to enable eligible voters collect their PVC. With this development, huge number of eligible voters may not collect their PVC before the end of the distribution. When can we do things right?
