The dog that we have is a rescue dog. He is extremely underweight. You can see every bone in his body and his skin is taught from dehydration. It is going to be a little while befor we can bring him into a vet to be checked out. Weve got him hydrated and hes running around happily. What is a good way to put meat on him in addition to the standard dog food....without shocking his system. He has definetely not been fed or watered properly...most likely ever in his life. Ive already decided the has found his forever home with us. Now we need to get him healthy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
