The effort to SAVE OUR BRIDGE by the Comer Bridge Foundation and Workin Bridges is still ACTIVE. The lack of information being posted is due to the tie up, hold up or process that Federal Government is requiring for our bridge. This is nothing more than the RED TAPE that we all hear about and how things slow down when put in the hands of government. As soon as any news comes from the Federal Highway Administration about the status of the BB Comer Bridge I will make sure it gets posted so we all know where we stand.
