The elections result petitions of the main opposition Sierra Leone People’s Party, has been dismissed out of the Supreme Court of the Republic Of Sierra Leone. Responding to the court verdict, the National Chairman of the Party, Mr. John Oponjo Benjamin said the Party is disappointed at the reason the court gave for throwing the case out of the court, which he said the verdict stated that the Sierra Leone’s party fail to file their petition in time. He further said that as a party, they will meet with their legal team in order discussion of what next to do.
