The end of Day Two at Facebook. Much to be impressed by, but the clear winner is the culture that Mark and others have somehow managed to create. I know first-hand how difficult shaping a culture can be even for a small company, much less one of our size. Have not felt this much potential energy since General Magic circa 1993. Thanks to all who encouraged me to take the job...and those that offered it to me.
