The event coordinator for KSU Owl-o-ween has been in touch. Any person who comes in FULL costume and has their name on the list will get into the festivities. You may come both days or only one, your choice. I will be there both days, as the celebrity judge for the costume contest. You definitely want to come and join in on the costume contest. Ask April Tinsley Cobb! She won last year and took home a bag of loot! They are setting up a Victorian themed area for a VIP spot for those of us who come in costume and are willing to have our pictures taken. They would love it if they could have 7-8 in the VIP area, while the rest of us roving around. Switching out places as the day progresses. They are also setting it up for a photo shoot in front of one of the hot air balloons. Im also negotiating for a space for vendors in the Artists Alley, free of charge.
