The events leading up to the shooting of #antoniomartin Very clear footage -- but very far away. And they dont show us the end -- from where we stand, we can see him lift his arm but we dont know if thats a gun, or his hand, or a wallet, or his phone, or a hotpocket, or what -- WE CANT SEE. This is INCONCLUSIVE evidence. Plus it doesnt seem they were doing anything before he was shot -- went to the store, came out of the store, met up with two other persons, walking away from store -- stopped by police car, talking to police, comes closer, and eventually lifts arm, and -- ALL the aired footage cut off, because America acts as if we cant see people die on camera without being seriously disturbed by it. So we dont know what happens after that arm goes off, but we are left to assume that he was shot at that time. We dont know that. Dont know what was said, why they were stopped -- and the girlfriend his mother says he was with, hasnt cooperated with the media to tell us what went down (maybe he had a gun! Maybe she feels the media is not to be trusted with her story! WE DONT KNOW and can only speculate). And we CANT go by the police officers word -- they keep lying. They lied on a man here in Dallas a year or so ago -- a mentally ill man whos name I cant recall -- they said he came at them and they killed him -- dashcam said OTHERWISE -- he suffered from schizophrenia, and was sitting in the middle of the street in an office chair. He had been acting unstable so his mother called the police to come get him -- they shot and killed him when he didnt comply. They could have wrestled him to the ground or ANYTHING -- tazed him, WHATEVER -- maybe hed still be alive. But when asked, they said he came at them. So we cant trust these cops words they keep lying. INCONCLUSIVE. Its their word against a dead man and as they say Dead men tell no tales.
