The ever customer service oriented Municipal Railway of San Francisco once again proves they have no common sense! The stations closed last nigh(due to construction?)....and not a word to the paying customers early enough to adjust plans!! Once again, a system that requires paying customers, ignores the customers needs... closing stations without the slightest notice... One would imagine, that a late night station closing would constitute an announcement..telling customers after the fact....that there are no trains after 10:00 P.M. seems ridiculous, if you are boarding the metro after 10:00 P.M. Why not notify the public earlier and allow us to either make alternative transportation choices...or call a cab!!! Thank you MUNI for once again showing us that customer service is a term completely foreign to you!!!
