The evidence that wind turbines are causing some people serious - TopicsExpress

The evidence that wind turbines are causing some people serious health problems and sleep deprivation, is so overwhelming and is also being recognised by some of the worlds leading medical experts. People like Simon Chapman, Dave Clarke and Barnard should hang their heads in shame for laughing and sneering at people with genuine health problems caused by wind turbines. This is some of the rubbish Clarke writes, these comments are nothing short of despicable! Quote: While these illnesses might cause very real symptoms, they are due to the anxiety, not directly to the turbines. Quote: There is no reliable or consistent evidence that proximity to wind farms or wind farm noise directly causes health effects. Quote: Finding an association between wind farms and these health-related effects does not mean that wind farms cause these effects Quote: There is no direct evidence that specifically considered possible health effects of infrasound or low-frequency noise from wind turbines. Quote: There is no evidence that health or health-related effects from wind turbine noise would be any different to those from other noise sources at similar levels. Quote: The symptoms are caused by the nocebo effect, often combined with fear and anxiety Quote: It is notable that a number of these symptoms are also associated with threat perception and anxiety, and that wind turbine syndrome most often occurs in those who have negative views, or fears, about wind turbines. And the ridiculous quotes go on and on throughout his blog. This pathetic excuse for a man is so full of his own self importance, yet he has no qualifications whatsoever, but he will argue against someone like Dr. Stephen Rauch, who is the Medical Director of Harvard’s Clinical Balance & Vestibular Center. masseyeandear.org/find-a-physician/details?physician_id=941299 windturbinesyndrome/2014/got-wind-turbine-syndrome-this-harvard-medical-school-professor-believes-you/
