The expedition is going great so far! Summited successfully 2 out of 3 peaks! We are now preparing to summit the last peak Mt. Lobushe. Did a hike to Mt. Everest Base camp today. Tomorrow we are hiking up to the summit of the small mountain Kalapathar before heading of to the last camp Lobushe Base camp where we prepare for the last summit push! Got a small lung infection but otherwise the body is coping beyond expectation. Fingers crossed that it stays that way! The weather has been in our favor and we have had numerous days to practice ice climbing, rock climbing, self-arrest and avalanche safety. We have lost 6 team members due to sickness and altitude but we are still a small group of climbers staying strong! Lots of Himalayan love to you all!
