The extent of scientific illiteracy, of both media and consumers, is depressingly clear in the information age. Still, I dont think Ive come across many, in all my years of browsing, who can match the egregious ignorance of the laughably non-self-aware Food Babe (with the possible exception of Mike Adams and his repugnant Natural News site).
