The fall color is already starting to show on the Seymour Square where we enjoyed some bluegrass at the gazebo during the Apple Festival. The music was good, the weather was perfect, and the cider slushies were guaranteed to give you a brain freeze. One issue though, there was an amazing lack of apples at the Seymour Apple Festival. What fruit we saw was imported from Marionville. It was great seeing our friends Jesse and Heather Larbey with their baby, Janice and her family, and Sheri Zay with her husband.
