The family of a pensioner who died after being beaten up on a night out - have called for reform of victims services here. A member of the family drove past the man who was jailed for the killing - completely unaware hed been allowed out of prison. At the moment victims of crime in Northern Ireland have to opt-in to the system to be kept informed even though elsewhere in the UK theyre enrolled automatically. Lisa McAlister has been to hear their story.
