The feelings i have about todays events of stewed enough for me to feel strongly against what happened. Mostly because the idea is it was claimed to be a peaceful protest yet was made to provoke an armed response. A peaceful protest is held on public property at buildings owned by the government and not ones privately owned where they can and WILL force you out. I understand the entire point was to illicit that kind of response i cant help but feel there was a better way to do so. I dont beleive any minds were enlightened or changed today. Im absolutely for the movement. I think it needs to be happening and there is a lot of horseshit going on right now but today was a poor example of how to effect change. You attract more flies with honey rather beating them in the face with a stick.
