The films of the 1940s were full of these amazing dancers.....including the Nicholas Brothers. I would look though the windows of our high school to watch the dancers in white socks and brown and white saddle shoes jitterbugging. Each generation brings something new, perhaps never better then the Greatest Generation of the 30s/40s, who made such a difference with their depression era innocence as they went off to yet another war.
