The first Rotana CHAT took place successfully yesterday with more than 2000 colleagues together, online! Rotana CHAT (Candid, Honest, Actual Talk) is our quarterly virtual presentation, broadcasted via Lync (Rotana’s internal chat messenger), where Rotana leaders engage in a live chat with Omer Kaddouri the President & CEO and Guy Hutchinson the Chief Operating Officer. The session was the first of its kind and offered the opportunity for Rotana colleagues to establish a productive and transparent dialogue with the company’s executives.
