The first competition is in the books! It was an absolutely emotional day to say the least. Our girls looked absolutely amazing in their uniforms for the first time. They had the warm up room watching as they hit everything flawlessly. We walked out of warm ups never feeling better. So we were all on an emotional high then nerves got the best of us and we performed far below our ability and there comes an emotional low. But based on the difficult nature of our routine our perfection score was very high so regardless of mistakes we still won our division another emotional high. Then the lowest of lows one of our own teammates went down on the mat with a very scary medical condition so really trophies, banners, score sheets went out the window and our main concern was our girl. We are so thankful that she is ok and we are also so thankful for all of those that sent up prayers, well wishes and help. It doesnt matter which team youre on at the end of the day because each and every one of us have the same goal and ultimately we really do have each others backs. Way to go IFEA on a job well done and INFERNO we are proud of you for battling the beast of pressure and first time jitters. Now you know what it feels like and the world is yours!!!
