The first day of fasting is tomorrow, Sunday, June 29! Be sure to wake up early and eat suhoor (pre-dawn meal). The ending time for suhoor is at fajr prayer time (see Ramadan timetable for fajr prayer start/adhan time), so you MUST stop eating when that time comes.
