The first graduating class of Culinary Innovators from The Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College Canada. It be my first year teaching and I had a blast. Today the 9 students presented their capstone projects where they each had to create/develop their own retail food product. There was definitely some tastiness happening in that class room this morning. My favorite taste was by my student Mike Van Ninhuys whose popsicle rocked my taste buds! I be very proud of the work done and wish the students all the best in their future as food innovators!
