The first philosophical question we should I ask is do human fetuses from the very moment of conception have the innate fundamental right to existence, protection and human dignity? The second question is Do these human rights exist regardless of the circumstances surrounding the conception? Based upon your answer the corresponding social and economic policies will follow in support of that principle. It is really that simple. I affirm again that human fetuses from the very moment of conception have a fundamental right to exist and should be protected within the full extent of our natural laws .
