The first picture is our dinner from last night. A wonderfully flavorful dish from India called Aloo Gobi. Its one of our favorites as we adore Indian cooking. The second one is the CORRECT preparation of sausage rolls (I kinda tweaked the recipe but did manage to follow the directions this time). Holy crap! Are these GOOD!! We will share will the folks on the Gallo show tomorrow, along with some other goodies. There will be two dipping sauces to go with the sausage rolls...a honey mustard (this is honeyless but does have maple syrup) and a barbeque sauce. Fingers crossed that folks will enjoy.
