The first question that came to my mind today after a federal high court in Abuja ruled that the PDP lawmakers that defected to APC cannot hold their post constitutionally was this could similar judgment have been delivered against other politicians who at one time or another defected to PDP?. If the answer is yes, why is it just coming now? If the answer is NO, does it mean that there is a conspiracy between the ruling party and judiciary?
