The first thing Id do if I moved to Idaho is build a dog house with no permit!! Then Id fly both birds directed towards Kalifornia! Then Id have me a big party with a bon fire! Down here to build a dog house you need to start out at the County and get the regulations, ordinances, codes, rule books, pay them money and get a HUGE Permit where some pecker head from from fifty different City, County, State and Federal agency must sign off on this here dog house! So you pay them their money and commence to having these useless bastards sign off on your piece a paper while they look down their nose at you... ~ You little peasant! Youre lucky I am in the mood to sign your paper! And thats just Lucy over at the whore house! They get even shittier as you go down the list... (-) Fire department (-) Department of Interior (-) Archaeology (-) Dept Fish N Game (-) US Forest Service (-) Sheriffs Office Back ground Check (-) County Engineer Got all a that done and seen the Environmental Impact Report EPA $250.00 Then they seen I had an outdoor water bowl and said I needed to fill out some more forms for illegally collecting Rainwater! The proper regulations must be adhered to! After 7 days and 7 nights of adhering to the regulations, codes, ordinances, Fines, Fees, Taxes, Rules Books, Permits, signatures and EPA impact report I just bought a dog house and hope my neighbors dont turn me in for the reward money! Times is tuff I wouldnt blame them! I hear you can still build a dog house in Idaho... It makes me happy...
