Is it not true that you ( judge )are bound by sworn duty to her majesty the queen of england to do right by all manner of people under the laws of canada, and for the usages of the province, without fear or favor, affection or ill will ? That is the Canadian judicial oath and he must answer for the court of record or he can be disbarred for impersonating a judge This should of course be asked after claiming common law jurisdiction and waiving the benefits of the court .
